No "Vote on submissions" for my project

There is no option for voting for one of my project.

  This project was not submitted to the hackathon. If you go to any in the submission gallery, for example, this one: https://devpost.com/software/smart-excel-packages, you'll see the info on the right side says "Submitted to - Power Up Automation. 10 more days to vote."
